Recommission Network helps care for a church in need of leadership, wisdom, resources, and vision for a determined season until they are strong enough to be self-sufficient.. This begins with consultation (Level 1) and continues with:
Often 2-3 year commitment
New pastoral leadership is often recommended
Monthly leadership meeting consisting of 2-3 Recommission Network and 2-3 church members
Recommission Network helps with resources and strategies to overcome existing needs while preserving at-risk church’s autonomy to include but not limited to:
Pulpit supply, music, and other key leadership positions
Assisting in leadership development
Synchronizing sermon series
Synchronizing Discipleship Strategies
Prayer Strategy
Strategic Planning
Synchronizing sermon series
Vision and long-term strategic planning

Recommission Network comes alongside to help an existing church to take on a new vision, new strategy, and potential new leadership for reaching the community with the Gospel. This begins with resources and strategies from levels 1 and 2 and continues with:
Adopting church leads, serves, and equips existing members of the at-risk church as new members.
Existing leadership is often assessed for opportunities to serve the larger family.
Assets are combined and utilized to increase ministry on the new campus location.
